Payment options - Payment on or before pickup
Visa / MasterCard - available in store and via paypal for online shopping. Note, we do NOT take credit card over the phone.
Bank Deposit - details available if you do not wish to pay by cash, eftpos or credit card.
Cash / Eftpos / Credit Card - Shop pick up only.
Products
Photographs and illustrations of product are intended to be as representative as possible. Computer monitor resolution may affect colour interpretation. Our cakes are made using small scale baking methods. Each cake is hand decorated and the appearance may vary slightly from cake to cake. Weights and sizes are approximate. Every effort will be made to despatch the items specified.
Returns
Cupcake Group Limited will only issue a refund in the event that;
(a) products received are not those specified in your order.
(b) Any gift collection item purchased has been damaged in transit.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of incorrect or damaged goods by email and we will provide you with a return address.
Personalised products are non-returnable.
Liability.
Cupcake Group Limited liability is limited to the replacement value of goods supplied.
Picking up your cake/cupcakes:
Please keep the following in mind:
Any time you pick up a cake, it is always a good idea to have a large flat area in your vehicle dedicated for transporting the cake. I will be happy to carry your cake out to your car if requested. Putting cakes on people’s laps or on the seat of your car is NEVER recommended. The floor of your car is often the best place for putting a cake. For tiered cakes, you should make arrangements to pick up your cake in an SUV or van. If possible, bring a friend to help. Drive slow, keep your car COLD. Keep your cake in a cool area out of direct sunlight until serving.
Cakes and icing are very fragile. Speeding, going over bumps, slamming on the brakes, a wobbly table, someone bumping the table, leaving it in the car in hot weather, leaving it in your warm home in hot weather can cause damage that we can not be responsible for. If any of the above occur after you have picked up the cake which results in damage to the cake, we can not be held responsible for the damage.

Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange goods if you change your mind - however if you have received a faulty product or are concerned in regards to your product please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy this immediately.
